Tonga pivot Kurt Morath kicked 17 points to help his side along to a 32-20 win over Fiji in the teams' final Rugby World Cup warm-up match.

Morath kicked a conversion and five penalties as Tonga avenged a 27-12 defeat by Fiji last weekend.

Vungakoto Lilo, Fetu'u Vainikolo and Alipate Fatafehi scored tries for Tonga who led 11-10 at half-time, then built a 32-13 second-half lead before conceding a try in injury time.

Fiji's tries were scored by locks Rupeni Nasiga and Leone Nakarawa.

Tonga will play New Zealand in the opening World Cup match in Auckland on September 9.

Was that both their full teams or was it Fiji giving other players a run out??

Not great highlights. Plenty of tries, power and pace clear in the mix of blurring.

It wont be long before a Pacific island Nation makes the semis.

With South Africas current form, it may even happen this RWC.

Back on topic. Going to be a so tough for Wales in our group. Even though Fiji lost, they still looked strong (In the highlights from what was shown). Be good to see the PI teams in the WC. Shame we had to have two of them :/
