I know its stating the obvious but he heasnt been the same since his demolition job of the Gold Cup field a few seasons back and in his races since then ive always had the impression that he was going flat out from flag fall to finish,none more so than this seasons Hennessy.I know on paper that comes out the best horse in the field but i thought that Diamond Harry and Burton Port would have still picked him up even if theyd had 10lb extra on their backs.While he is certainly no back number i just cant see him getting away from this years Gold Cup field unless its bottomless and that doesnt happen very often.If i did the laying thing then im afraid he' d be my Bismarck,he is the one horse in the front five in the market that i cant have at any price.
