Pac wins by KO. Too fast and too strong. Plus he is a lefty which will give ND problems. Having said that, ND is a good counter-puncher and as we all know, Pac is very vulnerable to a decent counter-puncher as Marquez proved when he "beat" Pac in both their fights.
