Andre Dirrell - p4p number 13 on Boxrec

I know Boxrec's p4p list has come under attack before - but I've just witnessed the most bizarre entry ever with Andre Dirrell at number 13. Whilst I think Dirrell is a decent fighter with good speed / skill, how can this rating being justified under any scoring system known to man? He has fought 20 times losing once. He only moved up to 12 rounds 4 fights ago! His first 14 fights were against journeymen with higher losses than wins and fellow novices. He only notable win is a disqualification to Abraham, with a few wins against decent domestic (American) opponets such as Hanshaw and Paschall. He boxed well for the first 7-8 rounds of the Abraham, but looked like Abraham was coming back before the dsq. Carl Froch has since exposed the limitations of Abraham much more convincingly. I've nothing against the kid but how can he possibly be classed as p4p number 13 with such a novice record? He may well have potential and go on to achieve real p4p status - but so may the likes of Kell Brook and James Degale, but it would be ludicrous for their names to be on there. He is also above Carl Froch who beat him, Mikkel Kessler and the undefeated Andre Ward. Whilst there are other disputable names in Boxrec's p4p list, notably Lucien Bute at 9 and Jean Pascal at 10, Dirrell is the one that stands out to me - how does he score so many points with so few fights, big names and a defeat on his record? Please can someone explain?

Simply put, the BoxRec ratings are a load of tom kit.

Ha, who's Dirrell sucking off at Boxrec then? Nevermind p4p no13, I thought he was a dead cert at this weeks Oscars - mind you he'd do well to win ahead of Devon Alexanders recent performance.

Dirrell has potential if he sorts his head out and grows some balls. He'd better get the Flip back in the ring rather than just sitting around talking Poopie some time soon though.

I agree Dirrell has potential, and I think he may beat ward if they ever fight.

Dirrell is good......but not that good. Ward beats him easily.

No man, it doesn't annoy me. I'm just curious.

I do think he has the tricky style to annoy Ward but Ward has an aura of confidence that Andre D lacks. Dirrell probably brought the tools to beat Froch too, but just couldn't get it going.
