haye chisora whos going ?!!

anyone else going ? i know theres alot of haters but i for have my tickets and cant wait ! chisora went up in my estimations with his performence against vit even tho i dont like , i was left disapointed and wet in hamburg ! but haye is still a world class boxer and is a lot better than his last fight against wlad his speed is quality ! cant see why so many people are against this fight , also anyone been to boxing at upton park before ? whats it like transport, pubs , atmos etc , oh and prediction haye ko round 7

i'm really looking forward to it. should be one of the best heavyweight fights in a long time.

haye ko win - but chisora has a bloody great chin and if he wins, fair play to him.

wanted to go but did dare risk all that money (would me hotel time of work trains etc for me) with the fight looking like it might not go ahead.

Chisora is a proper heavyweight with a good chin so I don't think he will be stopped. I wonder whether they can keep their boxing discipline in the ring, or whether they will go hell for leather for the first four rounds and then start hugging each other in exhaustion. Haye however, tends to be extremely disciplined and cagey at least to begin with so maybe Chisora will be chasing him for the first few rounds.

It should be a good fight for British boxing, except their little fracas has been blown out of all proportion and some of the media now treat them like founding members of Al-Qaeda.

i just hope the fight lives up to expectations.

Haye is 15/8 to win by decision or technical decision. That is my prediction and I can't believe how good the odds are.

I think the bookies are way off giving Chisora that much of a chance.

Haye has always been a counter puncher.

Well if you're going to use the dictionary to be absolutely specific, you are still factually incorrect. By definition at one point in his career he has had to engage hos opponent. He did that against Audley in order to KO him.

My point is that Chisora's style of fighting will force Haye to eventually stand his ground and fight fire with fire.

The Luxembourg Boxing Federation have decided to confirm they will be sanctioning the fight. The WBA and WBO are also sanctioning the fight. So it seems the fight will go ahead as planned.

I have to wonder if we're even talking about the same David Haye. I don't really recalling him EVER using the jab to any great effect. He also rarely gets into clinches.

Chisor will come forward witht he bob and weave and Haye will just look to smash him with right hands, it is really going to be that simple in terms of tactics.

Ruiz who also came forward but much slower. Agree about the clinchkng, he didn't with Mormeck so probably won't with Chisora.

I have not decided if i am going or not yet, but i am looking forward to what should be a good competitive scrap. I have a sneaky feeling for Chisora win via a late stoppage.

Personally I think the styles are perfect for a good dustup! Chisora's one of the most aggressive fighters Haye's fought, maybe ever, or maybe since Mormeck. Every time someone has come at Haye in this style its lead to an exciting fight, Mormeck - Fragomeni and Ruiz to an extent. I anticipate an interesting and hopefully at times an exciting fight.

Haye and Chisora are a couple of plums but it is still a fight that most of us want to see and when you look at the standard of the division at the moment it is one of the most credible fights out there. I think its funny that plenty of fighters as have had brawls at press conferences and nothing has been done about it now its a couple of English fighters they are the biggest disgrace to boxing ever. I don't remember all the pretend outrage when Tyson went for Lewis or reading too many complaints recently when a wife beating superstar earned millions for his fight.
I respect your opinion that you don't want to watch the fight Truss, but now maybe after a month of moaning about it you could respect our right to want to watch it.

Well for his last two fights he has, he was in good shape against Helenius and went 12 rounds at a good pace without gassing, I had the fight 117 - 111 to Chisora and that was being generous to big Rob. Against Vitali he was in even better shape and went 12 at a faster pace shipping more damage against a better opponent and gave Vitali his toughest fight since Lewis. He's probably going to be even more motivated for this fight than even both of those, so I imagine he'll be in the best shape of his life.

Anywho people were crying for Haye to face a fighter of Arreola's birch, I regard Chisora better than him so I can't really complain about the level of opponent.

Nope I'm anticipating an interesting fight with a bit of excitement to go with as said above as for the others, I personally wouldn't go as far as calling them stinkers but they weren't good fights either, personally I believe styles make fights and this is a poor mans Ali/Frazier with enough skill to make it easy on the eye.

Bloody hell using that logic the whole heavyweight division in the States should retire today because they are all to use your words stinkers and i doubt there's any 2 of them in the whole country that would make a better match up than Haye vs Chisora. Anytime 2 top 10 fighters, fight each other it has got to be considered a credible match up.

It will be a cracking fight with a very good undercard. A must for boxing fans. Two top 10 heavyweights duking it out in a genuine grudge match. Couldn't ask for more. Far better than watching 2 faceless eastern euro sumo wrestling one another and calling it a boxing match.
