Listen to this, Ballz Radio interviews Jake white on Heyneke Meyer, the pitfalls of SARU and compare the way SARU does things with their national coaches compared to how NZRU have succession plans and sharing of information.

It is 18 minutes long but worth a listen.

Interesting. To be fair, it's pretty unique here as well. We have our share of appointing people out of turn, or the wrong people at the wrong time. Politics, it's the same everywhere.
