As for Dumervil. 5m in dead money makes it very tough for Denver to resign him. Giving him the contract he just lost would give him a 13m cap hit, more than he originally had.

Atlanta makes sense.

Apparently he's more of a pass rusher. He can rotate with Kenrick Ellis and come in on passing downs to get inside pressure with Quinton Coples.

Wonder if Asomugha is after a lot. 49ers one of the few teams that don't up their orginal offers so I think Saints will get him. 49ers system does suit his style more though

Rob Ryan was his DC for 4 years in Oakland, probably a better fit and bigger need there.

Difficult to tell if the Svitek signing changes anything with regards to Vollmer. I still consider the inactivity in the OT market to be a positive thing for our chances of re-signing him.
