To pin a player by his head then spit in his face is IMHO is not the act of a supposedly profesional rugby player.

Already a thread on this. Halfpenny has said on Twitter that Croft did not spit on him and that the accusations are wrong.

To spit on a player would be disgusting. That hasn't happened here.

supposedly the spit can't be seen, & 1/2p says not anyway,that aside, 1/2p was not near the ball and that lump is kneeling on him ,pushing, oviously with force, his head into the floor.

he should have been on his feet trying to help his team . pathetic.

no wonder they didnt score more than 3 points, with players more intent on doing this than playing.

don't think he spat, do think it was a cheap shot to pin his head, but anyway who has ever beenin a ruck knows much worse goes on, get over it

quite true beefy, but in this game the english players should have been up and off, away from the ruck as fast as possible, not messing with people who were already away from the ball.

god knows they needed every player involved as much as possible in the game not the antics on the floor.
