Can anyone help me my son  plays for a under 10 team in wales and he want's to join another team where all his school mates play' obviously he is registered with his current team but because of his age can he just finish with them and join another team.

Ask the coach of the current team to de-register him. Once thats done there shouldnt be any rules against him joining another team
