Had a look at the race recently, and it seems quite tight at the moment.

1. R. Nadal (ESP) 6,465
2 N. Djokovic (SRB) 5,250
3. S. Wawrinka (SUI) 3,645
4 R. Federer (SUI) 3,110
5. T. Berdych (CZE) 2,915
6 D. Ferrer (ESP) 2,340
7. E. Gulbis (LAT) 2,220
8 K. Nishikori (JPN) 2,135
9. A. Murray (GBR) 2,055
10 G. Dimitrov (BUL) 1,815
11. M. Raonic (CAN) 1,485
12 F. Fognini (ITA) 1,410
13. M. Cilic (CRO) 1,350
14 A. Dolgopolov
(UKR) 1,275
15. J. Tsonga (FRA) 1,165
16 K. Anderson (RSA) 1,135

Tradition dictates one only needs around 3500-4000 points to qualify, so you'd think the top three are a lock, with Fed and Tommy pretty secure as well. Leaves three spots. Who you backing?

It would be Gulbis vs Nishikori vs Dimitrov for the final slot, I guess Dimitrov might just edge it as Nishi is injury prone and in Gulbis I am yet to see a consistency year long. On the other hand Dimitrov will be forced to work hard otherwise he would lose his high profile gf Masha.

beting for gulbis is quite a risk, but he has the tennis to be a top 5, so I will say ferrer, gulbis murray
