Price v Teper Empty Price v Teper

Post by RanjitPatel Tue Jul 14, 2015 5:08 am

Future world heavyweight champion David Price is back in the ring this Friday against Erkan Teper (14-0, 9 ko's) on boxnation.

Sounds like a tough match up. Who's being fed to who?
Anyone seen Teper fight. Stopped Sprott and Rogan in a round each a couple of years ago so he's done what any prospect should be doing. He's 33 now so maybe they're both being matched tough for an interesting fight?

Who knows but let me know please.

Cheers.

Fancy Erkan Teper for this one, and is a tasty 9/4 with most bookies....

Aside from Rogan and Sprott the only boxer I have ever heard of on Teper's record is Robert Hawkins. He never set the world alight and was 41 when they fought. Sprott was 38 and Rogan 42. I think they were all there for the taking!

Provided Price doesn't get careless he should walk this. An unbeaten record is no indication of talent.

Sounds odds wise as close as it looks on paper and with Price only a marginal favourite. He needs to win this and win well. Likely this fight will end in a ko so should be a good watch.

Still not convinced that Price has recovered from the Thompson fights.

Looks terrified in the ring to me, almost a touch of the Audley's.

If Teper has anything about him and comes out mauling and swinging I can see Price losing.

Born in Turkey, but fights out of Germany, Heavy Handed big lump, likes to take you out early, recognises weakness quickly, has went above Euro Level, and sees this as a potential launchpad to greater honours.

Not to be taken lightly might I add.

Be a fantastic win for David Price. Unfortunately, I see Teper winning by KO. Was impressed with his victories over Newfel Ouatah and Johann Duhaupas.

Both Teper and Price can bang but the better chin is definitely with Teper.

I've seen a couple of his fights and he seems the sort to get stuck in and not leave Price's size bother him.
