v2 Wrestling Podcast: 12 August 2015

Welcome back another v2 Wrestling Podcast, where Chris, Paul, Ethan and Adam discuss all the latest goings on in TNA, WWE and the wider wrestling world.

Kicking off as ever with the news Adam gets to moan about his favourite UFC fighter, Chris rekindles his love for Brad Maddox and the loss of the late, great, Rowdy Roddy Piper is discussed.

The team then move onto TNA where the end of the last run of tapings felt a little disjointed and some of the stipulations are not to everyones tastes. Aries, Spud, ECIII and Galloway are all discussed at length.

Finally, the WWE section rounds up the show looking ahead to Summerslam, how do the team feel the absence of Undertaker and Brock Lesnar from Raw affected the overall quality of the show? The uncertainty around Cena affecting the show is also a hot topic for debate. There is also a lengthy discussion on how the Divas Revolution has progressed.

Not that I regularly watch Arrow, but I've seen a few episodes and I've read a lot about the show as I follow a lot of comic book related programmes/movies and Stephen Amell is in great shape. He's also playing Casey Jones in the new TMNT II movie and I'm sure he's going to have some action scenes. Amell is turning into a legitimate action star. Not sure if he'll break into hollywood as a top action star, but Arrow is still going strong and he may now have future TMNT sequels as well. If he is going to have a match with Stardust I think he could make an entertaining match out of it.

If was appearing in the new Turtles film then surely a feud with Sheamus would have made more sense?

Loved the ending to the show where Chris comments on someone's Facebook updates
