So disappointing... You can't overstate just how huge a blow it is for us. The Patriots might be able to handle losing their best player for 4 games but we are definitely not the Patriots. For a team with as little margin for error as us, it likely means we're toast.

Apparently Collins was asking for Von Miller money. Serves him right for getting greedy. He went to sleep with the Pats and woke up winless.

Pretty hilarious if you ask me.

Collins said he wasn't worried about going from a super bowl contender to a winless organisation and said the Browns "feels different" to the Pats

Suppose more money for less work is a decent enough deal for him

No facts as yet (in fact very little detail from the NFL or Redskins), but rumours are he missed a test not failed one. Either way, pretty dumb. Crying or Very sad

Buccaneers were pathetic. O-line were all turnstiles and both Winston and Evans got injured in garbage time. Season over. Again.

Winston is a great QB and he'll only get better. The guy is only 22 years old. Also, Evans is the most underrated receiver in the NFL. He has two more TD catches than anyone else this season.

Other than that, McCoy is great, Kwon is good, David is good but the rest of our defence stinks. The team is poorly coached, giving away a huge number of penalties. We're down to our fourth and fifth string RBs, we have no receivers outside of Evans and our offensive line is a complete joke, specifically at LT.

It's quite clear that the owners aren't too bothered, not while they're pulling in such vasts sums of money from elsewhere. Tempted to jack it all in and follow another sport tbh. The NFL isn't what it used to be in general.

Being off sick this week (horrible bout of flu) I watched the Browns game yesterday. Now I don't think anyone wants to go 0-16, 1st pick or not, but I have to question pulling Kessler out and installing McCown. Albeit neither QA was likely to beat the Ravens with a porous OL like that, at least Kessler was keeping them in the game with minimal mistakes. McCown came in and effectively threw it away. I'm not sure the Browns are not seeing that #1 pick as worth more than avoiding all the insults from a winless season. I certainly can't see who they could beat in their last games, so I reckon they have 0-16 pretty much nailed on.

LOL... Redskins up 14-0 early in the 2nd quarter... then they remember who they are and revert to being the Redskins again and go in at halftime trailing 21-14.

Great coaching Jay and Joe!

Big win for the Redskins! Had to have that one, especially if Philly can make that result stick against Atlanta.

Could do with the offense finishing more of those drives off though. It's cost is already this season but we got away with it today. Credit to the defense though... holding Minnesota scoreless in the 2nd half after the momentum swing of the 2nd quarter was huge.

The Falcons are sneaky bad... getting a lot of hype this year but they've got 4 losses now. Still a good win for the Eagles though - needed that one to avoid sliding into a bit of a hole at 4-5.

Hard not to play the "what if" game as a Redskins fan.... we're so close to being 7-2 were it not for throwing away the Detroit game in the last minute and Hopkins' missed OT field goal in London.

5-3-1 is pretty good for us though.

Agreed... Redskins could easily have dropped the games against Baltimore and NY so 5-3-1 is a fair reflection of what we are and the season we're having.

That pats defensive sequence before the half was utterly embarrassing

Why the f*ck are you only rushing two people at any point in time, let alone against the seahawks. Patricia is out of his depth

Only time they got a stop was when Seattle couldn't execute in the red zone properly. Emotionless, conservative rubbish on that side of the ball. Seattle thoroughly deserved that win

Whilst pivotallyobviously that's a factor - biggest one last night was coaching. Patricia got schooled by Bevell, he was far far too conservative

Easier to be aggressive when you have 2 pro bowl defenders. Coaching to mask a lack of talent is often viewed as conservative.

Rushing two in a two minute drill isn't coaching to mask talent. It's conservative bullsh*t. Those pro bowlers haven't gone from the secondary.

Either way we're still well on course for the #1 seed with our schedule and the AFC West still all mainly to play each other. Got time to works it out

Well he used to play for them (and he's a crap pundit) - they're probably top 10 overall so not too far off.

Pats, Dallas, Seattle, Oakland, Kansas, Denver all better - similar level to Philly, NYG, Pittsburgh id say

I suspect he's going to retire. He's a back up in Dallas now, and where else will he go where he could start for a SB contender? Maybe somewhere like Denver (I doubt they'll bail on Siemian yet though) just missing a good QB, but there aren't many going to be willing to kick the tyres.
