I'd heard from the dirtsheets that Joe will debut the night after but Balor would remain a little longer.

It probably hinges on the outcome of Joe v Balor. Wouldn't expect Joe to win the NXT Title if he's going to Raw, unless he's pulling double duty like Kevin Owens did.
