WWA Week 1 Show Announcement
Because it's Season 10, we've decided to provide a bit of a throwback to the earlier seasons by announcing that there will be NO injuries drawn for Week 1. Don't forget, we are expecting shows on Wednesday 13th April.

RE Thunder - If you didn't confirm, you have to rebid. If you received a YES on the answers page, you really don't need to confirm there...

Lets get some chat going...a few questions for everyone

1. If you could swap rosters with anyone else right now, who would it be?
2. If you were to lose one superstar from your roster who would be the biggest roster
3. If you could have any superstar from someone else's roster who would it be?
4. How did you feel about your starting roster?

QOTD - Now the dust has settled, what was your favourite match over the weekend!? My pick would have to be Shinsuke Nakamura Vs Sami Zayn... After all this time, I still couldn't quite believe that was their first meeting and it certainly didn't disappoint. NXT Takeover on the whole was a stand out show and I can't quite believe how motivated Joe looks these days.

Nice to see our UK lads did us proud over the weekend. Zack Sabre JR Vs Will Osprey gained rave reviews in Evolve and Will Osprey Vs Marty Scrull also stole the show.

Sasha vs Charlotte vs Becky for me enigma, it was treated as a big deal and finally felt like the moment that women's wrestling got reintroduced to the mainstream fans

I've not seen takeover yet, I have finished mania and um yeah I have to agree with gregers. They put on a he'll of show and it felt like I could say that was a match rather than having to specify the gender of those involved. Surprise was that ryder won the belt. My personal disappointment was the street fight, wrong man won, it was too short and no where near as violent as it could have been. I guess the e was too worried about blood to go longer or harder :/

Agree, brock vs Dean was terrible. Worst match on the show, brock is boring now though. It's just suplex until f5

I had hope for the match, I expect a good match and for Dean to go over. Oh, and all hope the Andre Battle Royal of ever being good is good. I had a slither of hope when it came on after the hell in a cell, I thought oh, does this mean it's going to mean something now? Then I a basketball player, Tatanka and DDP and I knew it meant as little as years gone by. The victory lap right in to Kane made me chuckle though.

Loved Nakamura v Zayn, the crowd were in to it before the bell even rang and when the NXT crowd is in to something it hypes it up so much more...I still think that Zayn v Cesaro 2 out of 3 falls is better but it was easily the best match of the weekend for me.

Brock v Dean could have been a classic but as many have pointed out Brock's Suplex City gimmick has ruined him and means that his opponents aren't really allowed to get in to much meaningful offence...watch CM Punk v Lesnar at Summerslam 2013...THAT is how you write a Lesnar match...I still remember marking out over that one.

Don't Forget... Week 1 shows are expected by this coming Wednesday! Info: There are no injuries for the first week and you can view who your opponent is by checking out the fixtures. Looking forward to seeing how each of you set the tone with your kick off shows.

Most of my Week 1 show is done. Seeing as I'm not writing long matches!

Just a reminder... first shows are expected by this Wednesday.

Just a quick reminder that the show that Crimey and I are writing is very unusual! The first episode starts with a long monologue to explain the show - it will make sense when you read it.

You will hate it, but it will make sense!

Foreign Transfer Decision
For those of you who submitted a bid for Gunner last week... Due to Marky not stating a reason why he wanted to sign Gunner the transaction has been classed as void and bidding for Gunner will be reset so everybody is free to make a bid for him.

For future reference, you HAVE to provide a reason why you want to sign somebody, you DONT have to provide a reason for rebidding. Hopefully that clears everything up.

Can I just ask what the point of the reason is? I would imagine it would only come in to play if bids were tied? Its nice to know why but there doesnt seem to be much point!

Good Question. We specify a reason why because certain wrestlers have certain ego's and requirements and may not want to work with a specific wrestler who is on your promotion. For instance, Gregers specified he was going to sign Mickie James when he wanted to sign Magnus so we made sure he followed through with his reason by presenting a release clause. In the past when signing somebody, promotions have presented with wrestlers who will only sign if they are guaranteed a title shot or don't want to be an authority figure.

It's just a way to spice things up a little and maintain interest in the league and from what you read, wrestlers can be quite demanding when they sign for promotions in real life.

EWA acting Owner Paul Heyman would like to officially announce a Tag league for the new EWA Tag Team titles. Matches will take place over the coming weeks and the top two teams will face off at Supremacy with the winners being crowd champions.

The new owner of WWR has signed off on the following reward matches for those who help, me win the right to buy the WWR from Trump.

The Road Warriors Vs The Ascension for the Tag Team titles
Ken Kennedy Vs Cesaro for the World championship
and ACH Vs Booker T at ACH's request

In addition to these matches, the new owner has also, signed off on a battle royal to determine who should hold the new championship that will be replacing "THE," championship, as the company is unwilling to negotiate with terrorists for the return of the belt.

I had a stable called S.W.O.R.D which was made up of people like Spike Dudley, Zach Gowen and Crash Holly...their rivals were P.E.N which was made up of celebrities.

I just thought what annoys people most in the world and thought yep ecomentalist people

I gave Snookie the hardcore title, people didn't like that very much.

I had Guerrero, Benoit and Owen Hart return as a stable called GBH who claimed their deaths were works. People really didn't like that

Someone had a season where a bunch of dead wrestlers came back as ghosts to fight for one of the authority figures. I didnt have a problem with it other than I didnt like the Scooby Doo vibe.

Glanced through yours Adam and it seems mental, looking forward to reading it

Mine is finally up. Bit shorter than my shows last year but with 9 other shows Im trying to make it easier to digest. Hopefully its still as good.
