Tried FUT champs this weekend. How the hell do people play 30 games! I was lucky as I didn't get matched up against icon squads think the best player I came up against was IF Mbappe. But I played 6 won 6 and then stopped playing as I was knackered. Way too much stress in it!

It's tough. I got about 4 wins from 12 last time I tried, and I've got to 2000 points so I'm having a go again this weekend (mainly as I have Saturday afternoon and evening to myself)

I decided to get Nedved on loan for 20 games, cost about 20k to get, but I loved Nedved back in the day so felt it was worth getting it out of my system

He's listed as a LM, so I'm not sure where he'll fit, either CM/CAM (where I have Dybala and Mertens), or LW (where I have Insigne).

He has very similar stats to De Bruyne and when I had De Bruyne he was excellent at CM. Nedved has better pace so I think he'd be able to play anywhere tbh. I would personally play him CM and give him the HAWK chem style. One of the most important stats for a CM is stamina and Nedved ticks the box on that.

So I managed to complete the PL SBC challenge and get the Vardy card and also just completed the Cech End of an Era SBC to get the 91 rated Cech.

By Thursday I'll have around 100k (by pushing on to Rank I on Rivals), and Serie A links ideally.

Looking at high 80's realistically, Icardi was the predecessor. Could convert Mertens to ST and use him, but I prefer him and Dybala from deeper in my system.

Id probably move Mertens forward or buy Alejandro Gomez as a CAM and move him to ST If want someone pacey cos for 100k the best you'd get as a forward is Zapata and that's about it. If want a target man probably Scream Mandzukic or Higuain

Who do you lot think is better, RTTF Aurier or HL Lala at RB? Aurier would be on 8 chem with a nation link to Nicolas Pepe but I don't think there's any noticeable difference between 8 and 10 chem tbh. Aurier also gonna be upgraded this Friday.

Also heard that Kondogbia is gonna change nationally. I just bought his RTTF card last week as he links my hybrid with his french nation but I'm screwed if his card changes.

Anything above 7 chem is fine and yep RFFT Kondogbia will change with the update so sell him asap

The SBC Manolas looks good, decided to leave it alone though as he's barely any better than Chiellini and Kondogbia who I already have.

Got Untradeable Suso and Perin doing the Serie A SBC Upgrades, so they slot into my backup (selling TOTW Lafont and Callejon who were no longer required)

I did the SBC for Europa League Falcao - 89 rated card. Was relatively easy and managed to get a TOTW Sommer week out of the subsequent packs. 

Will probably do the loan Rashford one before it expires this afternoon.

I got Icon Ruud Gullit on loan for doing a weekly challenge, as a CF, so he's my False 9 for a few games.

Spent 140k on the Future Star Davide Calabria to be my right back, 88 rated, which means the weakest player in my best XI is the 85 rated Matuidi, and he's still boss as my CDM.

Payet and Falcao both Ligue 1 as well, you'd think they'd be similarly priced.

I sold RTTF Cavani and HL Ssne and bought RTTF Benzema and HL Dembele to replace them. Dembele is great. The 5 star wf makes him superior to Sane. I bought upgraded Aubameyang and IF Witsel as my subs for now. SIF Lozano looks like an awesome cheap sub aswell so might buy him.

Got an 89 rated Milinovic-Savic in my midfield even though his card is for a RB. He was my RB, but then I got the special Florenzi RB, with his 91 pace and penchant for wonder goals I found out last night

Free kick wide right, instead of crossing into the box, crossed it to the left edge of the area, Florenzi with the right foot curling volley in off the post, to equalise online, I woke the Mrs up shouting
