Available Wide outs with problems Empty Available Wide outs with problems

I've been thinking about the wide receivers that are gonna be available when free agency finally starts and was wondering what peoples thoughts are on who will land where and who has the most to offer.
Lets start with some of the big name guys (with issues)

Terrell Owens - No doubt he has been a great receiver but is also known for problems following him. Personaly I like T.O and think he still has enough to offer most teams that will be in the market for a WR.

Chad Ochocinco - Coming off a pretty bad season by his standards so his stock isn't as high as 2009. Still a very good receiver and will no doubt be in demand but again character issues are always in the back of the mind when thinking about Ocho just as they are with T.O.

Randy Moss - Feel like theres a pattern emerging here. Again probably a future HOF player but after last season where he played for 3 teams there has to be questions over his commitment

Imo Randy Moss would have the most to offer from them three if you can get playing the way he can.

There's another one too, Palexico Burress, roumour has it he is going to either the Eagle's or the Bear's both could do with a wide receiver.

Isn't VJax a FA this year ?
Struggle to find a better FA WR than him

Vjax got the franshise tag so doubt he'll be going anywhere. Steve Smith from Carolina has made rumblings of wanting to leave the Panthers, if that happens he'll be the top FA WR imo.

I'd rather have Sidney Rice tbh.

Smith has said he's impressed with their draftee, so may be staying. I would say that there's pretty much no WR in FA that a team should consider spending an arm and a leg on. I'm even ambivalent about the Skins re-signing Moss. He's been a good servant, but his skill set very much relies on his speed and there's signs he's starting to slow down.

Chad Ochocinco isn't a FA.

Which one of the Jets WR free agents would people take Edwards, Holmes or Smith?

Holmes any day but I doubt they will let him go.

i think rice is definetly the most attractivve prospect heading for FA this year, but if you were to ask me to pick one of the seniors with problems it would definetly be TO his personal problems seems to have been toned down and no matter what you think about him he shows up every sunday (unlike moss)

I like Braylon Edwards, terrific athlete. I wouldn't take any of the TO, Ocho or Moss though, they'd be too expensive for one season at the least.

No doubting that Braylon Edwards is a great athlete, but the guy can't catch! His price tag is gonna be big and in my opinion he's very overrated. He just has very hard hands.

Im hoping that neither Edwards or Holmes are going anywhere. I think Holmes is the better of the two but I have been impresed with Edwards. I think that him publicly saying he is willing to play for the Jets for less money than he would elsewhere shows a real commitment to the team and the growing relationship with Sanchez is also looking good. I think we are going to do everything we can to keep both but could see Holmes leaving. If that was the case I would be happy for T.O or Rice to come in if they are 100% injury free

I think Edwards gets a hard time, he was solid last year and didn’t have many drops at all. He had the one bad year in Cleveland and he’s never been able to lose it. Wes Welker had 14 drops (according to PFF) compared to Edward’s 4.
He’s never played with an elite QB, look what he did with Derek Anderson. For me he’s underrated and just has a bad reputation, put him in right situation and he could have monster numbers.
