England Vs Romania match thread

Well, I expect to be largely on my own this morning, but this is the day I expect the England Juggernaut to finally start rolling.

I want to see cold-eyed discipline, good ball protection fron the forwards, good cohesion between forwards and backs, some smart rugby and plenty of tries using differing styles of final execution.

It may "only be Romania" but if all or any of these don't show today - it''ll be a QF exit I reckon.

Point about the obstruction at the lineout.

Croft was one of the lifters and never let go of Deacon so how can he be obstructing? The ball was set immediately and they were already bound, that's the second time I've seen England penalised for that.

I agree it's a law that is often not enforced, but England have been caught out a number of times in this World Cup already, how many times do they need to get pinged before they learn?

The breakdown still isn't right, we're not hitting the rucks with nearly enough firepower. Clear them out, just getting there isn't enough. How has this not been resolved yet?!

better from England so far today. Getting some pace going into the backs and playing at high tempo, not forcing offloads too much. much much better

Think you might be imagining that one, I've always like Poite, he seems the only one who really knows what he's doing at scrum time.
