Awful defence again. McFadden has shown up well in attack but thats the 2nd or 3rd time he's been badly exposed in defence at this level. He has to make those tackles.

I was being sarcastic, when I suggested this was happening, half the Irish posters on this forum jumped down my throat.
Clearly it is needed, so the russians can keep their self respect, hammering teams off the park by 100 points isnt good for anyone.

Good 50 point win in the end from Ireland so i am happy about that. Now roll on the Italian game next weekend. It would be so Irish for us to lose that now

No thats the positives but it would be wrong to say that there are no negatives here aswell. The set piece has been poor and not many fringe guys have put their hands up IMHO. Only Boss really. Trimble has kept the pressure on Earls and Ryan did ok but thats about it. Everything else came from the 1st team players.
