One of Lewandowski, De Jong or Milito could be available, but would be looking for a CB who would go into my starting XI in the deal

In case anyone misses this on the old page.

Twist - I couldn't really have not put the £1m in, so I view this as £1m won!!!

That is why I put the list on the Transfer Confirmation page Soddy. Only 3 other pages apart from the lists to check and you would only have to do ctrl+F 3 times OK

If Italy win the whole thing the dissapointment of England losing to the champions will reduce a little knowing that we lost to the best team.

I will be disappointed with England whoever wins, just because we played appallingly badly.

Seems like there is a shift towards viewing Spain as boring now, as opposed to having a beautiful style. I'll be honest and say I find myself tiring of them just having the ball all game and killing matches stone dead when they score.

I can tell you on Vaz Te but less on the others

Vaz Te is a good player but I'm not 100% convinced he'll be doing in it the Prem. I'd love to be proven wrong and he has the ability but sometimes I think he makes poor choices and particularly sometimes he snatches at his chances.

He's the type of player that could be very tricky to handle on his day but you never know when he might have a day... Still, he fits our system so he'll probably be able to impress enough.

I'll still be dissapointed but not to the extent if we lost to a team who get battered in the next round. This is the first tournament where I wasn't shocked that we got knocked out at the quarters I think this is our level and anything more is a bonus.

Agree with you Spain and Barca are both tiring to watch with Barca you get Messi going on the run which keeps you interested but the passing is boring to watch at times. I've always said the Arsenal team of a few years ago played the best Football.

I reckon it could though it'd be very difficult to judge especially with ages of people and how the game has increased in speed and athleticism.
Would Puskas and di Stefano for example be thought of as highly as the likes of Falcao or Rooney.

It would be possible but you'd probably need to give set teams to people to start with and then have quite a rigid TP system.

I think a legends league should begin with a draft rather than with money.

If there's 8/12/16 participants, put them in a random order like we did in the WWA last season for allocating wrestlers.

Number 1: Cherriesfan picks Pele
Number 2: Gregers picks Diego Maradona
Number 3: Marky picks Franz Beckenbauer
etc etc

Then reverse the order for the second pick.

Even still I imagine a Zidane would be thought much higher than a Puskas and it's hard to say either way due to how the game has evolved.

How about best in the last 20 years, that would allow anyone in the history of the prem to be in it.
