Never let personal feelings get in the way Viva Wink

Tevez isn't actually for sale, but then neither was Higuain censored

If I have Tevez for more than 2 seasons, people are allowed to bring in his history of not wanting to stick around into his loss of form. But as a new signing, he's gonna be red hot this season!

What are the general thoughts on Tevez? I think he's a class player with an occasionally rotten attitude. As he dropped down to £20m I thought it was a steal.

Viva, I was only going to spend a couple of million on him Whistle I'd appreciate if you have some guts and make it clear if you feel tat way instead of the miniscule writing though.

Anyone want the last space on my league, feel like ripping all my teeth out with it?

Tevez and red hot should not feature in the same sentence really, bearing in mind his facial "injury"

Tevez = Legend

I look forward to him coming back to Upton Park this season, even though he probably will score against us as usual. He always gets applause and respect and he gives it back too.

I hate playing Man City. I saw 180 minutes of live football between Norwich and Man City last season and the total score was 11-2 to Man City!!!! The gulf in class was laughable at some points

Certainly won't. You could do with Gomez breaking his legs tomorrow.

Olic is supposed to replace him at Wolfsburg in a brand new partnership with Bas Dost. Little and large!!!

Fingers crossed Chiellini is in a bad mood then...

The striking partnership has really fallen away in the modern game hasn't it?

Makes me long for the days of Ferdinand/Shearer, Collymore/Fowler, even more recently with Di Canio/Kanoute.

Guess having an extra midfield player makes everything more flexible

The emphasis seems to be on keeping the ball, so having extra in midfield gives more options to pass to wherever you are on the pitch

If you have a good balance in a 4-4-2 you can beat the 4-2-3-, some people look at formations and pick.

I think that's true Viva, although if you're trying to play a possession style in a 4-4-2 against a team playing a possession style in a 4-2-3-1 then you're probably going to lose.

I thought for a while England played the 4-4-2 pretty well, against France and Sweden at least. Certainly showed that it can keep teams out.

4-4-2

Valencia---Scholes---Carrick---Young

The two wide men push on further and the two CM will sit back and start the game from deep, I think you can pass around.

Beckham---Scholes---Keane---Giggs

Scholes will get forward and Keane will play more defensive but both will play as CM going up and down.

Kanchelskis---Ince---Keane---Giggs

The two CM will work as a unit one pushes up other holds and vice versa.

An then you complain and cry why England lost, that Football is outdated, we need to move on from that era and start to move with the times. We can't play that passing game yet but we should find a way to play Football instead of hitting it long and long.

Our fans were crying that we don't have our own Andrea Pirlo erm Paul Scholes?

Also I think Mighty deserves £10m for the great idea of spoilers for tactics, it makes the page look more pretty with your team name in big fat writing and spoiler underneath also easier access to people's tactics.

AC ALSOAM enjoying a winter break (so to speak) as after this week's game, a week off before our next league game. Depending on the result this week, we're going to Malia/Siberia.

If Cunning Canaries lose this week my players aren't getting paid for the rest of the season. And will be made to watch all of The pointless cup games as torture.
