Considering Defoe is starting over Adebayor who has been Poopie this year whilst Mandzukic has been quality for Bayern. Whoever pulled off that deal is a genius

Well it was two separate deals, but Mandzukic went to trebs for £15m and Adebayor replaced him for £17m.

Mandzukic is probably the most in form striker in Europe right now, whilst Adebayor is Defoe' back-up

I've not seen much football outside of the UK this season highlights-wise but I've been following the scores all season and it's a surprise when Mandzukic doesn't score. I brought him into the old FFA but I never realised he'd end up this good!! I think he's helped with the players around him though.
