I reckon if we let it flow, we will. But, cant see that happen in TP vs a fired up and rested Munster.
It will be attricious.

That's what I thought, but then again...

...I reckon Munster will have thought:

1 they expect us to do the synchronised lying down and creative getting up tricks.

2 they got caught cold in Cardiff when they allowed their biggest fear, forward domination, to filter through the tactics into their psyche

3 we hammered Brive away playing a different brand of rugby

4 that is the last thing they will expect and they won't prepare for it, neither will the have prepared for it in the Saints match.

5 they have been sapped of energy and will be riding the feelgoid factor

6 score points, especially tries, early, knock them off their perch

7 we have the stronger bench and can always revert to attrition.

8 we are at home and our fans outnumber them by a factor of 3

9 let's go out and run at em.

That's what I'd do anyway.

Gibbo. See the likes of yourselves and Toulouse are so flipping close minded. Open your mind to other forms of rugby. Boring predictable running rugby Smile Throw in a 40m rolling maul where all the players fall in the rain and by end of the game its Brown v Brown.

Wasps v Munster a few years ago and Llanelli v Munster that same wet winter both hit the spot.

laughing Ah Lucky you must, repeat must, recreate your Random Blog on here. It is a feature. And I need it at times of strife.

BBC News. Blatter is a total and utter corrupt barsteward. Backed up by more corrupt bastewards like Warner. FIFA is a shambles. An organised football mafia.

It was also 30+ degrees heat and it should be pointed out they conceded almost 40 points. Brive was an exhibition game where both teams were too tired to defend.

Yeah they did in the Sun, in a comp they really didn't have the heart for, Lucky. But when the have to play decent teams... it doesnt work. Munster must play as Munster play. If they try that vs Leinster, they will be hammered. They know it too.

Stag. Your input?

The way they will lose is to let Leinster settle and kick possession away early. Even if it's 40 yard rolling mauls they have to score tries early.

Thats true Gibbo. You know what though. The Magners Munster team is well able to run the ball. At higher levels though we aren't good enough and have a safety net.

Look at this. Munster winning by 18 points and its game over. They push on and score a great try.

Stag,
If that home game vs Quins was in a HC QF and not the Amlin, ye would have blown them out of the water. I could see it. It wasn't Munster. Its weird, not scientific, but their hearts were not in it.

In the ML, Munster have set their key priorities 1st. Attack all the set-peices with venom and disrupt the oppositions. O Gara pinning sides back, with his unparralled tactical-kicking from hand. But, on the back of that, they have also let go and in kids like Earls, Jones & Barnes, they are a far more exciting team to watch.

There Ive said it.

The times they are a changing. But, I expect absolutely no change from ye tomorrow. Its a Final.

Just saw this;

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFDKR23OSJQ

Some parts of it are funny, some parts of it are cringeworthy. The shots of Adam D'Arcy are an unusual choice.

It shows how desperate we are to get locks and backrows into our Academy system. (Ian Nagle- when Mick O'Driscoll is still keeping you out of the Munster 22 in 2 years, you know where we are...)

Very tragic, think i speak for everyone when I saw thoughts go out to his close family and friends.

Such a strong character and for his work to be ended so abruptly is purely upsetting

But I thought it was a beautiful and fitting tribute to someone who epitomised the spirit of the game. Determination, character, a fighter- everything rugby is about. So, so sad that his life has ended so prematurely.

Morning all

Cracking night at London Scottish last night. Good to see Asbo, Hound and Munsty again and nice to meet Kiwi at last. Also in attendance were 606 posters funnyexiledscot and risky sports who were nice fellas. Much love to Asbo for the invite, and this will mean nothing to the people who weren't there, but I only have one thing to say......

HOWELLLLLSSSSSSSSSYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyhow, great day of sport ahead, I have no real preference for who wins the Magners, but am right behind Saracens in the Premiership (have a great day out Munsty) and Montpellier in the T14 semi.

Montpellier need to win to justify Stag's team watch on them.
