Anyone who doesn't get 3 players in the draft can get an extra foreign for this week only. This will have to be paid for out of their normal budget - draft budget will be lost

When are press conferences?

Usually they go up the same day (or the day after) injuries and lawyers, so Tuesday/Wednesday. At least they're supposed to

Appreciate there has to be deadlines and all, but I think we're moving extremely fast. Would prefer to give ska at least another day to catch up.

I'll be honest, I bid for the first three players I liked who were under 70. Didn't bother looking up the best-rated 70 players, hence me ending up with no budget, a 67 and two 63s

What happens when the fifa rating changes on so fifa, do we have an agreed cut off?

Also what happens on TM, one of my draft players increased in value on day of draft after I bid?

We freeze their values at a given date. I would say 28/10/18 is the frozen date and you got lucky with a price rise

These values will then be used throughout the season for lawyers and releases, end of season they get unfrozen, all prices update to what they are on TM then ahead of the next season

Anyone who wants to use the Google Doc for budget tracking, post here and I'll PM you a link that allows you to edit rather than just view

Its easy to do, just need to go to your team's budget tab, type in the new signings you've made with their TM price, real life team and the date of the transfer, and fill in the names of anyone you lawyer / release and fill in L / R for transfer type - rest should work automatically

I'll include a instructions tab for ease
