I'm hoping with some of the speed levels in League 2 that he'll pillage defenses.

Needed a new DM. Spent £630k on one. Bit ballsy for these budgets Laugh

And £90k on a new keeper.

He was on my list Marky, I needed a new dm after your match ha

I’ve smashed my budget on two players who look to have really good stats this week but Nadz pulling out the stops and spanking 1.3m on Lainez is impressive

Lainez was on my target list, though raising the funds for him was something I'd be looking at in about 7 weeks if I didn't buy anyone else Laugh

Echo what Hero said....loads about that value but need to prioritise.

Plus it doesn't help when you do your picks, search on sofifa, and then find a massive one. FFS

Prior to the draft I had my eye on Sergio Reguilón as a nice little investment but figured it would be foolish to spend 900k on a 64 rated LB at this stage.

A couple of days later he rose to £4.5m which would have been a team transforming lawyer offer Sad

You wouldn't have got a lawyer at the new price until the prices are unfrozen, at the end of the first season probably.

On a similar vein, I was all set to buy Gedson Fernandes till he rose to 71 in our version of FIFA. His TM value has gone from 810k to 13.5m!!

Tactics in, signings done, budget spent. Time to prepare for Friday's edition of sheep.

Players available and the simple, non-negotiable prices they can be had for:

Luke Prosser - £110k - 65 *Colchester United
Sergio Akieme - £120k - 67 *Rayo Vallecano
Harry Pell - £110k - 65 *Colchester United (INJ)
Courtney Senior - £50k - 64 *Colchester United
Ryan Gondoh - £5k - 58 *Colchester United

This is where releases being limited screws the league.
I've bought my 2 allotted foreigns for the week. I'd happily buy some of the players off Azzy now but cannot as I'm at 27 players atm and can only release 2. There's domestic transfers that could be made and can't go through.

I get the frustration Hero, but then it ensures the league goes on for longer.

Would be silly if you could just release 5 players a week and replace them. All your squad building done in five weeks.

I'd rather just sell for £99k to Lawyers and stop you improving your team tbh. That's why he's only available for more than his Lawyers fee, as there are few LBs that good for so cheap.

Draft picks are fine. It's Foreigns. Not sure which one that is anyway. But everyone in your squad is eligible for a lawyers offer.

I got one for Kyle McFadzean the day after I confirmed him last week Laugh

I thought Spurs would have a chance if Inter lost, but their draw with Barca makes it even less likely.

Spurs need to beat Inter next time, but even then will probably need to beat Barca away final game (or just hope Inter don't win at home to PSV).

Fraudettino, sounds like something out of Starbucks Laugh

Never bought into the whole 'support English teams in Europe' thing. I hate all teams, some more than others, and only ever want Albion to win any game. I thought it was because I hated Fergie so much, but that torch has been passed on to The Not-so-Special One, The German Hobo, and The Tinkerman-Who-Never-Gets-Called-Tinkerman-Because-The-Media-Love-To-Blow-Smoke-Up-His-Jacksy (Pep, in case you're wondering).

I'm also whole heartedly in support of hoping other English teams in Europe embarrass themselves. None of this Brexit attitude supporting the teams of the yellow toothed tramp or the chain smoking Danny DeVito in West London just because they happen to spend a lot of time on the same island as me

Football should always be dog-eat-dog, except when on pre-season tour in South Korea, and any person supporting a rival team just because they're playing in Europe, isn't a real fan.

The equivalent of a Liverpool fan supporting United in Europe is of an England fan supporting Scotland. It would never happen, and should never happen.

Who's up for more domestic deals? I'm selling if anyone is buying.

See from an English perspective I get not supporting other English teams in Europe. But as a Rangers fan, it’s depressing watching Scottish team lose to plumbers from Gibraltar because I know it means any time we qualify for Europe we’ll face a season starting in June with a few rounds of playing Faroe fishermen and Lithuanian mutants before reaching the dizzy heights of the Europa league groups.

Not that I haven’t bloody loved Celtic getting tore a new bumhole the past couple years by PSG and the like

Nine sets of tactics in already which is fantastic, I'll try and get some games streamed this evening (wife permitting).

Morecambe v Grimsby Town
Cambridge Utd v Forest Green
Crawley Town v Carlisle United
Colchester v MK Dons
Crewe Alexandra v Mansfield Town
Cheltenham Town v Newport County
Lincoln City v Exeter City
Macclesfield v Bury

I don't mind seeing Arsenal and Spurs doing well in Europe. But not City or Liverpool. Chelsea I'm kind of torn on.

But I think if I supported a club outside of the top group then my opinion would change, i think I'd support all English clubs

Not that I haven’t bloody loved Celtic getting tore a new bumhole the past couple years by PSG and the like

I don't mind seeing Arsenal and Spurs doing well in Europe. But not City or Liverpool. Chelsea I'm kind of torn on.

But I think if I supported a club outside of the top group then my opinion would change, i think I'd support all English clubs except Liverpool and Man Utd

Corrected for you OK

But as a Rangers fan, it’s depressing watching Scottish team lose to plumbers from Gibraltar because I know it means any time we qualify for Europe we’ll face a season starting in June with a few rounds of playing Faroe fishermen and Lithuanian mutants before reaching the dizzy heights of the Europa league groups.

Liverpool would never get my support, City I really find it hard to hate due to the players they have. Arsenal I enjoy it when they feck up. Spurs I have a soft spot for as they were my dad's team.

I generally want teams I find interesting to do well. So I want City through. Liverpool are interesting when they win and when they lose so I don’t mind.

Man United under Mourinho are AIDS and I hate Spurs, who are just a successful version of a Jose team.
