Price has just heard that Fury interview and bottled it I reckon.

Disappointed but I'm sure it will be rescheduled soon enough. Have high hopes for Price - think he'd prove far too good for Fury, though I'm still hopeful that we'll see it in 2012.

Think Price gets ironed out by the first fighter to hit him on the chin to be honest.

Considering McDermott is a step up in opposition kinda tells you about Price's opposition.

Anyone with a bit head movement who can pop will take Price out in my opinion, too one paced and stiff for me.

Has a good sound technique and is aesthetic.....Chisora is a slob...Fury is a joke.....mcdermott well we won't go there!!

That probably rules out the entire heavyweight division once you take out Wlad and Vitali.

27 so not too much of a rush...takes care of himself and always looks trim, could be around a good 10 years in theory.

Think he is the future for us, would back him every day of the week to make short work of fury, who i dont rate at all. Thought he was awful against Chisora, who was there for the taking.

Fury has reached his level imo, Price is far superior.

Aesthetic? Come on Truss, he just looks like a beanpole compared to the Klits.
Its actually a shame that this fight fell through as I think it would be a good indication of what level Price is currently at.
He's looks good so far against awful opposition so McDermott would certainly be a step up.
He could be a future champ but I do have doubts.
He was absolutely annihalated by Cammarelle as an amateur and the Italian himself was beaten by some of the better men he fought (Povetkin, Romanchuk, Timurziev) which is a worrying sign for Price once he reaches world level.
I even heard that British CW Leon Williams gave him major problems in sparring.
Therefore, I'm not sure why you're so dismissive of McDermott and Fury's chances.
