WWE Smackdown Taping Results

* Tables, ladders, and chairs are set up around ringside to promote the upcoming TLC pay-per-view. Lilian Garcia makes her return to ring announcing tonight. The announcers make their way to the ring, and when Booker T walks down the ramp, Cody Rhodes ambushes him from behind.

* Lilian begins to address the crowd on her new position as Smackdown ring announcer, but Rhodes interrupts and informs the crowd that he will be acting as the ring announcer for the evening.

* It is announced that the show will feature a series of Beat The Clock matches, in which different matches are held and the Superstar to win in the shortest time wins the challenge. Tonight, the winner will get to choose the stipulation for his match at TLC.

* Wade Barrett b. Ezekiel Jackson

* Beth Phoenix & Natalya b. AJ & Kaitlyn. After AJ tapped out again, Kaitlyn turned on AJ, aligning herself with the Divas of Doom.

* Daniel Bryan is interviewed by Josh Mathews about losing to Mark Henry and failing to capture the World Heavyweight Championship last week. Bryan called out Michael Cole and went over to confront him, but Cody Rhodes stopped Bryan and assaulted him.

* Ted DiBiase b. Jinder Mahal

* The Big Show & Mark Henry meet face-to-face in the ring. They both talk trash to each other and hype their match at TLC. Henry insults Show by saying that he isn’t the monster he used to be. This makes Show mad enough to attack Henry. They brawl until Show gets a chair and assaults Henry with it.

* Sheamus b. David Otunga

* This week’s cryptic lookwithin2012 vignette aired.

* Zack Ryder b. Heath Slater

* Cody Rhodes b. Daniel Bryan by disqualification. Booker T caused the disqualification by getting into the ring and attacking Rhodes.

* Teddy Long and Aksana have another backstage segment. Cody Rhodes interrupts and demands a match against Booker T. Teddy makes Cody Rhodes vs. Booker T official at TLC, and adds that it will be for Cody’s Intercontinental Championship.

* Randy Orton b. Dolph Ziggler with 2 seconds remaining on the clock.

* It was announced that Randy Orton will face Wade Barrett at WWE TLC. Orton decided to make their match a Tables match.

I don’t get the point for the beat the clock challenge? unless they did it over a few weeks and everyone faced the same opponent

Looks like a Wade Barrett v Randy Orton beat the clock challenge, the winner (Orton) chose the stipulation for their match at the PPV.

I get the concept, just don't think good way to win a challenge!
Unless they of had Wade Barrett vs Ezekiel Jackson and Randy Orton vs Dolph Ziggler on Raw then Randy Orton vs Ezekiel Jackson and Wade Barrett vs Dolph Ziggler on Smackdown and added the times together! Fair!

Prefer a gaunlet match, who beats the most opponents in say 10 mins! Picks the stipulation!

Seems like an improvement on last weeks show at least and it's good to see Barret still getting pushed up the card, I just hope thye give him a strong showing at TLC.

Orton likes table matches so he can pull out the power bomb
