First topic message reminder :

I agree Digs - what I was commenting on was not their lack of invention, but their lack of cohesion. They did not get the basics right, the least a back has to do is commit his opposite number, which becomes more important against the 'drift' defence, and then follow up and support. This was not happening yesterday, apart from Chris ashton on occasions.

I have not seen Goode play in his club matches, but on a number of occasions, he caught the ball deep, began to run, hesitated and then was caught without any support. I can't remember ever seeing Ben Foden caught like that. It is yet another sign of a lack of cohesion in the backs.

Of course, this probably is all due to the fact they are a relatively new squad and should come together the more they play together. But on the face of it, I think yesterday was a fair showing against a team that in my opinion is still there to be taken and will possibly only get one win in this series.

You can wear your Bridgestone cap without any problem now. That Boston bomber is dead, killed in a shoot out last night.

Had a work do last night and the "entertainment" was some talentless, mincing, glaswegian deadbeat from one of these wretched "talent" programmes.

I've no idea what Diggers sees in these (insert your favourite 4 letter c word here)

somehow those talent shows/ karaoke contests remain very popular year after year. i guess its because they become addictive after a viewing or two. i hope they die out soon.

recently i've been re-discovering extras and league of gentlemen. wish there were more quality comedies like them around these days.

Why ? Is someone forcing you to watch them ? If some people enjoy them what difference does it make to your life ? Its not like we dont have enough chanels these days to broadcast whatever genre ofTV you choose to want to watch.

Most people like I am a celebrity.

I used to watch x factor- but although my gfried still watchess it both completely hated last years one.

I also sadly like BB- i like it as a human experiment. I like to see people go nuts and why they do that.

I will admit that these shows are really only on in the backround while i post or watch a film on the lappy

Exactly Mysti, not like we only have 3 or 4 chanels anymor. I despise programs like League of Gentleman and all the panel shows with comedians on trying to be cool and funny but I dont whinge about it, I just dont watch them and guess what...no impact on my life.

Given his previous (for specifically biting) and his other recent conduct I think that Suarez should be sacked, but his playing rights retained by the club to prevent him playing elsewhere.

Liverpool can't afford to do that though, which is a shame as I think that the hierarchy is probably disgusted enough to want to. Without him they are so damaged on the field that any progress they have made under Rodgers would almost instantly be wiped out along with the need to spend a shank load of cash to replace him.

Otherwise I would suggest taking his 8 match Evra ban and adding his 7 match Ajax biting ban and impose a ban of 15 matches at the start of next season. Liverpool should prevent him playing for the rest of this season as well.

You do love an over reaction dont you. So its a lower form of entertainment than say lap dancing is it ? Or how about dog fighting ? Nope, its really not anything like the lowest form of entertainment is it.
Music is completely subjective, you being a "music lover" doesnt suddenly give you carte blanche to decide whats good and whats not.
People tastes change at different ages thats why a lot of kids like it and would probably hate your music. Some people like me watch it as its just a bit of fun. I can manage to take it far less seriously than you do clearly.

gangman style is ridiculas- but to be fair to the reality shows- it has nothing to do with them.

And if the world wants to love one direction - let them crack on! Its something we export. We have to export something!
