Managed to get out of the school run this morning. Mother in law is doing it. Propitious conditions were abundant to enable me to avoid it. My mother in law was feeling in a very eleemosynary mood this morning. She is au courant with what is going on right now.

I think she thinks that I am inchoate as a person but I won’t put up with such calumny. I find it so outré that she can be like that. I just take a jocose tone with her to calm the situation. I find it’s a coruscating way of dealing with it.

I can't guarantee that you'll survive the trip though, what with crime, highveldt thundershowers which destroy homes, and an imminent nuclear disaster. Still its a lovely place, and when the thundershowers aren't uprooting trees, the weather is fantastic.

So I can spend about a grand to see a house, where the owners almost certainly won't be present and in the process of doing so will either be robbed, killed or buggered, or indeed a combination of the three. Would you be offended if I pass on the offer Raf?

The place where I get the train in to London is called Royston. I believe the ex page 3 stunner and current hero of the rugmunching community, Sam Fox used to live there. She doesn't anymore but I think I know what road she used to live on.

I can show you an albino roo that lives quite close to me. There's plenty of exotic birds, lizards, snakes and arachnids too if you want.
Also some quite spectacular cityscapes and unusual urban sites, similar to Birmingham and Grimsby. In an obscure kind of way.
And if you blur your eyes; there is a very powerful and beautiful natural landscape about the place. A bit like Poole but with a much nicer climate.

LD do you have any tenuous celebrity hangouts? The pub Guy Pearce allegedly drinks in. The school one of the Minogue's went to? Am not going to spend that kind of money without something of this nature on the table.

If we are talking about where we used to live, I can show you 2 schools that John Bishop attended as a kid.
