Hmm it's a difficult one. Ancelotti would guarantee results at Utd but he's getting on in years so, like LVG, ain't going to be a very long term appointment. I love Klopp and his hipster ways but I don't think he and Utd suit each other. He's too zany and is pretty much Mr Dortmund these days. I think I'd give Loew a go if/when he leaves Germany.

I would love Laurent Blanc at United, clearly an intelligent guy and I reckon would want to come to United. Giggs is the obvious one though.

I'm not sure how to make my opinion better to get manager of the week

I'll give two answers. Mainly because my first answer is Crawley Town related and may bore you, so also England as I support them too.

Crawley Town: When John Gregory leaves, I'd want someone experienced at this level and someone who knows how to get the best out of a small budget. Ideal world, Cardiff sack Russell Slade in April for not winning the Championship and he rocks up in West Sussex.

England: When Roy Hodgson's time is up its going to be successfully and on his terms, which means the FA will promote his successor from their current role. Whether that person is the Assistant Gary Neville or the U21 boss Gareth Southgate, I'm not sure. I'd probably pick Stuart Pearce. You don't need to have won everything in club management to be a successful international manager, also former U21 boss and cult hero.

For my answer to the question I will start with the fact that I would like Jose Mourinho to be kept as manager until he retires from club management or management at all. That could be 10-15 years? Maybe more. By that time I imagine either John Terry or Frank Lampard will perhaps of gone into management and coaching and by that time be ready to take on the Chelsea job. I have a feeling though that Terry is more likely to go into management because Frank Lampard seems to be getting into being an author at the moment which is fair enough. I imagine that either one could return as a coach in the mean time anyway to gain some experience and then they would make that final step up.

Considering the management set up at Leeds, I wouldn't see any of the managers I would like to see at the Club with Cellino in.

However, in all honesty I would like to see Moyes in as he is someone who can long term build a squad/team that Leeds supporters could believe in again. I know there would be the talk that he failed at Man United but, considering the Club's situation he would be the right man in the long term.

Ancelloti was my first choice after Sir Alex.

I would never ever take Mourinho even if we were promised to win the Champions League and the League 50 times in a row. I'd probably go with Pep, he did say he'd like to manage us one day.

I agree and disagree - Mourinho's a kumquat so I wouldn't want him but Pep's boring football doesn't excite me so I'd rule him out too.

Despite the result at the weekend, I rate Poyet quite highly as an up and coming manager, could do a decent job at a big club.

Guardiola is world class. Look at the way he took a side featuring average players like Iniesta and Messi and turned them into winners, before taking Jupp Heynckes' treble winners and making them worse.

You've got to consider the rise of Real, Atletico and Bayern as well as the chaos around Tito Vilanova's time in charge. By all accounts a healthy Vilanova keeps them dominant.

It was very much like the class of 92 - Pep had a mix of youth players either coming through or reaching their peak at the right time. As soon as they looked like they were on the wane, rather than stay and build another team like Fergie did every few years, Pep ran and let someone else pick up the pieces.

They caught up because Barca went backwards.

Xavi was about to leave when Pep came in, Iniesta became World Class under him as did Messi becoming the best player in the world.

Busquets and Pedro were promoted into the first team under Pep. Pique was going nowhere at United. 2 of them went on to become mainstays of the team of the decade under Pep.

Not forgetting Barca were in a complete shambles at the end of Rikjaards reign, masked by a run to the CL semi final where they played nobody particularly good and were fairly easily handled by United over 2 legs.

As for the Bayern thing, that nobodys retained the CL in its current guise says plenty about how much harder that is to retain than to win. Still retained the cup and set a new record for quickest title win.

It's one of two for Everton.

If Hibbert scores before Martinez leaves, I'd like someone who would continue Martinez's style of play. so I'd say someone like Ronald Koeman.

If in the unlikely event that Hibbert doesn't score, then Hibbert needs to be player manager until he does score. And then we riot.

I don't want Giggsie at the helm, for me he's too much of a not wanting to upset his friends type of manager, I would though look at the Class of 92 and pick the G-Man, Red Nev.
He's shown his knowledge week in week out on Sky Sports, he's shown his passion and he lead the team whilst a player with a huge amount of testicular fortitude. He would make players proud to wear the shirt, he'd know what it takes to be a Utd player and he'd buy some ruddy defenders.

To be honest, I would've gone with Carlo last year for United, and said so at the time. Felt the job was just too big for a relative novice to that level in Moyes.

United should really shy away from promoting someone because of their proximity to Ferguson when he was at United. Chances are, and it happens fairly regularly, they won't come close to replicating his performance. Best to bring in a new regime and freshen up.

Hell, look at people under Ferguson that have gone into management. Bruce, McClaren and Hughes have bounced around without ever cracking the top level. Queiroz had a year at Real Madrid, 2 years with Portugal and now manages Iran.

Blanc might be the wildcard I guess, but he was only there for 2 years

He called Evra a cry baby no need for explanation there it's clear he was supporting his own countryman regardless if he was wrong or right.

If I'm squaring up to someone swearing at them, full of adrenaline and I use a racist word that's got nothing to do with my culture or where I'm from. I'm being a Tinkywinky full stop.

Viva.

http://www.ja606.co.uk/articles/browseByTag/Video%20Games

JA606's PS4 Fifa 15 tournaments are here.

I had a shocker in the Premier League one last week, 1 draw and 3 losses in group games (despite smashing it on Seasons in the build up), but November 16th is the next one and it's the Turkish league.

There's also a couple of pro clubs sides if you play that format. See if you're really as good as they (you) say.

Playing this side and system didn't help either;

Mignolet
Lovren - Skrtel - Sakho
Gerrard - Henderson
Sterling - Coutinho - Lallana
Sturridge - Balotelli

Plus the same old "1 goal behind at 75 mins, go all out attack" meant a couple of harsh heavy losses.

Pretty solid. Nothing really to add to be honest, maybe some more specific instructions would help but that's not a major issue at all. I'm more impressed by your signing of Gundogan, perfect DM/Deep lying playmaker in your side, maybe even alongside Stambouli in a pair.

Thanks for the feedback Marky I did have to lawyer Stambouli to raise the cash for Gundogan. I was thinking of playing a 4-3-3 with gundogan holding slightly in the centre with Maher and Vilhena more advanced.

You know I mentioned Pro Clubs? The Batanic is the name of the Pro Club they and I play for with our individual pro's. I don't play too often though.

Viva what's up?

Pro clubs is too much of a hassle. If you play drop in matches your teammates can be right bellends and never pass the ball.
