Caught a bit of it yesterday, the Polar Bear on the cliff face. Crazy sh!t!

Cheese beans and tuna mayo is good but you've got to keep the tuna separate. Also great with fried egg. Used to have it right after gym and physiotherapy sessions for my knee.
