Frampton vs LSC

So it's been announced that the jackal will face Leo Santa Cruz in his next fight. Is this a good move and how do people see it playing out? Personally I predict a stoppage win for LSC.

Lots of great fights being announced

Santa Cruz wins this down the stretch. Frampton seemed to fade against Quigg in the latter rounds. Santa Cruz throws around 1200 punches a fight, so Frampton won't be able to coast at any stage of the fight.

Only fight I've seen of LSC was against Mares and I thought he was a decent fighter, better than anybody Frampton has faced. So going on their last fights I'd pick LSC.

Heart rules head. Frampton split decision.

Think that Framptons drop in energy levels in the second half of the Quigg fight was pretty shocking because the fight was so slow paced that he really shouldn't have faded like that

LSC might be caught a bit by Frampton but he hasn't showed chin problems before and he will not wait till the second half of the fight to start pourin git on.

He'll hit frampton a lot and slow him down a lot quicker and hes the bigger man don't think frampton is slick enough to outbox him for long enough and think Leo may stop him late

A lot is being made of Santa Cruz's engine but he only really looks good against come forward brawlers; he looked awful the moment Mijares showed him some movement, only his size won him that fight. Then there was the abject performance against Cayetano, that engine won't be a factor if Frampton uses his feet well, give him some different angles and I tend to think he'll win quite comfortably.

Good fight. All about how frampton Carry's the weight and whether his stamina issues in recent fights are as a result of draining. He's a dwarf of a feather, and while a year ago I liked framoton for this, in the last 12 months lsc has gone up in my estimation and frampton down.

Can't be much fun being a eunuch though.

This is a bollix tingler of a fight. Genuine fifty fifty. Hoping for a great fight but think the relative home advantage LSC will have plus the bigger weight might make the difference.

Happy this fight is being made. Always thought this was the best possible fight these guys could make. It's within Frampton to fight his fight and not be there for Lsc's volume. But then it's equally within Lsc to smother Frampton. I've no predictions, just planning to enjoy this one.

Will this end up on channel five now cyclone has a deal with them. Massive result if this is on terrestrial.

That's on my bucket list. Hagler often attends those. The Tito/Oscar/Calzaghe/Stallone year would have been perfect!

Think I have got a reasonably poor year next year. Think Barrera is eligible, but nothing to get too excited about apart from that.

I was in New York for the Cotto Martinez fight when Calzaghe was inducted. Far too much to do in New York in 4 days though so I never made it to canastota. Stood 0.01% chance of convincing the Mrs anyway.
