I'm surprised he stayed available, but with me playing 3 CB's and 2 DM's in my system, and him being 69 rated in both positions, it made a lot of sense. Same story with Haring (my other signing), 69 rated in both roles.

Pleased with how my squads shaping up although took a bit of a risk by not bringing in a striker this week considering my injuries, luckily I'm only playing Azzy

Probably didn't need a new LB yet but Urribarri's pace, crossing and stamina were perfect for my style of play. Will turn my attention to investing in youth in a few weeks once my first team is sorted Smile

Maynard appears to be on Sofifa which seems to be the most accurate SKA

Yeah that's the one I've been using for squad lists and player ratings. Pity in a way, that would have been some good money in releases...

I was looking at Urribarri as well, I definitely need a proper Left Back but I'll wait till I'm back home and I can see my shortlist again.

I'm happy with how my squad is taking shape, but still a long way to go.

This week proved the need for strength in depth, as my starting midfield was weakened - I had to move Leyes to CB to replace Sills (as my CB cover is not strong enough), and then that midfield had two players subbed off for replacements who were even worse.

If I could field my first choice starting XI with no subs, I'd be sorted!!

It’ll be more embarrassing when I finish in the bottom 3 after starting with a decent squad

I started trying to sign youngish first team players that will grow in value this week but there’s not enough money, probably blown a good few hundred k by releasing players rather than waiting for lawyers

One thing I'd like to get clear as I can't see it written down anywhere on any rules pages: is there a limit to the number of foreign signings one could make a week? If I wanted to, say, sign 4 players at £20k and I have the squad space, would that be okay?
