2 v Lille (after Lille were 2-0 up and had taken off a couple of defenders)

Against Inter and Lille in the other games, he was anonymous.

Not all the way through, but on the Champions League highlights programmes on both ITV and Sky, yes

tbh doumbia is a top 10 striker in this league and him and adebayor is a top 3 partnership

All you need to know is:

Samba and Dawson>Doumbia and Heskey (?)

Barrios and Kalou>King and whoever else your CB is now Dunne is injured

Okay, he might have been very involved in the parts of the game not included in the highlights. But given they didn't make the highlights, they obviously weren't moments that affected the game.

I have seen enough of Doumbia, including during his time in Switzeland to form my own opinion of him.

Caulker is a good player

But Doumbia is nowhere near the top 10 strikers in this league. I reckon I could name 20 better

He is better than Heskey though, I'll give you that one

I saw a bit of him at Bristol City. He is not in that class yet as he needs to get more experience, but he will be. Very good young defender.

Im going to watch him closely in ACON before i make judgment on him. I know he's scoring a lot in Russia but then again so is Andrei Voronin.
