Hes playing well with the style hes chosen, but its the wrong suit hes picked for this party.

I dont subscribe to the always attack camp. If you have an opponent whos nervous and looks afraid to hit the ball, and you throw in an error attacking, you give them a lift, and the same goes for defending in the opposite situation. Its recognising your opponent and choosing the right style at the right time.

Murrays very good at that, but not today, hes not put enough pop on his fh and hes given his serve up again.

But that does happen on occasion. A couple of years ago I was on Grandstand watching the ending of the day session after the night session was already done on Ashe.

Even if Murray were to somehow win today, these 5-setters cannot be good for his chances down the road. Will he play Wawrinka/Fed/Djokovic after this and go through them all?

If Anderson wants to win this match, he needs to do it in 3, otherwise he is toast.

Murray's not winning this tournament. The draw was hard enough without Anderson playing like Marit Safin on speed.

Murray just starting to look a bit tired. Long matches plus his illness maybe starting to catch up with him?

This match is a marathon, 3 and a half hours and we are barely into the 4th set. Even if Murray does get through this he's gonna be shattered after having to battle past Nick and Mannarino already! You would think he has a lot of chasing to do against Stan too...

Konta loses the first set with a df. 5 bp's come and go.

Has Anderson missed a backhand in this match? Feels like every one he hits is drilled an inch from the line.
