Not too bad, I have now gotten addicted to sun bites, which is a weird turn of events but perhaps I needed the wholegrain. I have been taking great joy in scaring my fellow employees who voted for brexit now that May has finally accepted that no trade deal will be done prior to the triggering of the article. We've got a new bin in the coffee-making area, it's huge compared to the old one. I could probably throw a cereal box away without having to squash it first.

Not yet, Rick, but I am having larger portions of cereal in the morning to hurry the event along. If i can find a similarly sized box though I'll experiment with that.

You'll be recycling the cereal box, surely?

Once I've found out whether it fits into the bin I will be sure to recycle it.
