Missed weight again. Sure it was only be 1lb but the guy has been training for the biggest fight of his life, this stuff should have been sorted after his last fight.

He was a late replacement wasn't he? So lets see if he can make the second weigh in in 2hrs before we be too critical. It's only a pound after all

a decent run in a sweat suit and he'll lose a pound if he's got any water left in him.
if not, then...oops.
on that same note - brandon rios, according to his hbo 2 days weighed MORE after trying to lose weight from his first weigh in. depends on the scales and how/where they're positioned i guess.
if i weight myself in the bathroom then move the scales to another part of the floor my weight changes.

Apparently he didn't make weight after the 2 hours. I mean seriously, its the biggest fight of his life. If he does somehow win he will become number one mandatory.

As others have said, biggest fight of his life and he can't make the correct weight. Unprofessional. So now Purdy has had to sacrifice 10% of his purse, and a victory, the extremely slim chance that he wins, wouldn't net him the title and he'll have a sense of what might have been.

hearns been saying that if purdy wins (which he wont) he will be first in line to fight for the vacant title.. assumably against brook
