Gap between Kaino + Mccalman is huge. I'm losing the second best 6 in the world for a player with 4 caps and probably only just about edging top 10. He wouldn't start for me. It'd be a suicidal deal to do from my perspective.

Kubrishvili is a quality prop, highly rated and had a storming top14 season, destroying props across France! He was as high as 4/5 in some peoples top tens, but about 6th overall i reckon.

Maitland isn't a weakness either, probably my most sought after player, yeah isn't on the level of Medard and uncapped unlike Ranger, but with Gear (universally thought of as No 1 winger in the game on here) and Toeava, it forms a formidable back three. I can't compete with the Highlanders (best back three in game, by miles) and Toulouse, but bear in mind i started with Takicagibau, Goode, Strettle!

Lock needs some work, I took a hit on Bekker, to allow me to get another big name in Elsom in the back row. Nallet is the third best enforcer in the game after Bakkie and Thorn and in great form!

I reckon I now have more then half of my team who are top 3 in their position. Going to be largely impossible to get anymore, as the top teams have them and don't really need improving! However, i would back myself against every team at home, except Toulouse maybe and away from home, good chance as any.

Im now looking at building a squad, so that my bench is strong and that when injuries come, I have a better chance against the top 3. Reckon that the top top teams don't have the best benches at the moment.

I'm pretty sure I have. And the difference between 2nd and 4th is much of a gain and still doesn't negate the fact I don't want to lose a starting centre for a fourth FH that I won't start.

Hook is no way near Fourie at 13. Fourie the worlds best and so consistent in his form, where Smith has struggled a little at the Canes and AAC at Brumbies, but I like hook at ten, hence the move.

Don't think you will get any of the top boys at 13 for Hook. Im trying not to use my players as an example, but think he is more of the level of Mapasua, Kahui, Fruean, Ansbro

i would rather have a specialist in each position and hook isnt a 13! kahui>fruean
