Good. I'm not having a go, trying to help you out mate.

You don't always need the best deal ever - even if it helps your side out a little then you can improve step by step. I think you're expecting someone to offer a world class winger + something else for Guildford, who might not even start for NZ or go to the WC. It's unrealistic.

I really hope you take this advice if we do a season 5. Every side you've had you've weakened in some way or another - and it's not good for the league.
