6CW International Title Match-Promo Thread Empty Re: 6CW International Title Match-Promo Thread

(The lights go down around the arena and then pyros go off on the stage, 'Out of the Black' blasts out of the speakers and the crowd start to boo. Crime Lord slowly saunters out onto the stage, wearing a black suit, the 6CW International Title slung over one shoulder. He walks down the ramp, ignoring the jeering fans before rolling under the ropes and getting into the ring. He lifts a mic up to his lips.)

CL- Ladies and gentlemen, this is it, Night of Glory, the big one, the biggest night in the 6CW calendar.

(The crowd start cheering.)

CL- And I am defending this title against a wimpering, pathetic waste of space Conor Anderson. I am disgusted in this place, here we are on one of the greatest nights in wrestling history and the best that this roster can throw at me is a man so useless he has his hands tied behind his back by Mr Jones. What now for Anderson? Jones has gone, the leash holder has been taken away and Anderson is left to float away like a balloon dropped by a child.

I don't even know whether to expect Anderson to turn up for this match, he was only here because of Jones, brought in with one purpose, to beat me. Now Jones has gone, does Anderson go back to being locked up? Who knows? And let's be honest, who the hell cares? Anderson will come and go and make as much impact as Anthony Grace does on 6CW's merchandise sales. Conor Anderson was supposed to be this big, bad tough mother lover who was so scary they locked him up and he was brought out especially for this. He was a caged animal, biting at the bit to get a shot at the big time. Yet what actually arrived was a whining, moaning nobody whose only purpose seems to be p!ss me off and complain about Jones.

I expected better 6CW. I arrived here because I was bored, I'd been sat at home, twiddling my thumbs for too long. I wanted a fight, I wanted competition and so I came here. Against all my better judgement I arrived in the one place I never expected to be. I came to 6CW because I was hungry for wrestling. I was hungry to face the best and to feel challenged. Instead I came to a place under the thumb of the most incompetent leader I'd ever met - he couldn't even keep his own guys happy, yet the best rebels this place could offer failed time and time again. Hell, Jones has been fired for a few weeks now and we've still seen nobody really challenge him. It's pathetic.

I won this title with ease, I couldn't believe it. It barely feels worth anything when it's this easy. Then I leave The Forgotten. I should never have joined, nobody can forget me. I am THE number one legend of this business, I have conquered the conquerors, I have destroyed the destroyers and I have held more titles than I can remember. I was never forgotten, but this was the group that had laid claim to 6CW, it had walked all over everybody and was unchallenged. It was the group to be a part of and so I accepted. Then I saw it for the sham it was and got the hell out of there. Jones wasn't worth following and since I left, the wrath of Jones and his bundle of sticks is non-existent. I've had Anderson on my heels, but he's barely worth even thinking about. More of an annoyance than a real challenge.

He's a nobody, I can't think of a worse opponent to face at this stage. Not even brave enough to challenge Jones, a man taken down by a goddamn hedge fund. Anderson has disappointed me, Michael Jones disappointed me....6CW has disappointed me! Maybe I was wrong, maybe this place isn't the place to be, maybe this place has fallen to the wayside, it has lost its edge. You've got Liam Wood and Joshua at the top of the pile, funded by Jones. Their challengers, a drunk and Robin Reborn, who months ago was a failing tag team specialist. This isn't the pinnacle of wrestling, this is the place ambition goes to die.

Maybe after I make short work of Anderson a worthy challenger will come forward, somebody who will actually offer a bit of fight...before I walk over them too! Night of Glory guys, it's here and get ready for the highlight of the night. Anderson will wish he was back in prison when I've finished with him. Jones is gone, Anderson will be gone and at the end of it all I will still be 6CW International Champion!

(Crime Lord raises his arms in the air.)
