2013 Lions Squad Announcement - Live updates & Discussion

I'm at work with no access to TV/Radio for the big annoucement. I'd be gretful if some of my 606v2 brethern could provide updates as names are announced for the tour.

Please don't turn this into a debate about who should/shouldn't be on tour until after all the names are up, to keep the page clean for others to see the names of the sqaud.

Actually, I have a client meeting steam

at 11am every Tuesday. And this week the client has decided to visit us instead of dialling in furious

so my manager is in (normally she works from home Tuesdays) so we'll be in a meeting room Doh

I tried sending out for a half-cal, decaf, skinny milk, low-froth, cappuccino, but I only got funny looks and dark mutterings....

A few tidbits on stats whilst we're waiting.

A look at the Amlin Opta Index shows who are the top backs and forwards in the European comps this season.

Of the backs, Alex Cuthbert is 4th best with Conor Murray and Simon Zebo making the top 10 in the Opta index.

In the forwards, surprising to some, Jamie Heaslip is No 1, with Steffon Armitage and Peter O'Mahony the only other potential Lions candidates who feature.
