LDCP, he got 2 tests vs France in June '09 (when lots of locks were crocked) then got injured himself. He's in the 'Canes squad this season, but hasn't taken the field for at least 6 weeks.

Tell me it wasn't the case that he was Wales qualified (with a name like that) but no oh dear from the WRU could be bothered to keep a look out.

I've had a missed call on my phone every day for the last week and a half. Today I found out its about a potential job offer but I couldn't get through when I dialled the number. Not sure if I want to move or not

There's probably some connection given the name. He was born in Napier though, so Wales would've been relying on a parent or grandparent ...

Its telephone sales. I don't know hours or pay yet. My job at the moment is very good hours and I would feel guilty about leaving as I had just been "training" for over 6 weeks. However I hate working here - the atmosphere and the commute.

Finally over the weekend (I think). Got back from my exam and fell asleep on my recliner. Still a bit groggy, but think it was just what I needed.

My wish for getting Exeter Chiefs in the Amlin can't happen either. Both tier 2 teams. We are going to get Sale or Wasps though, so that's something I have great interest in.

Hound was spot on Lucky. It's the ERC Rankings. I am a bit confused by how the draw works. Not sure we will definitely get one of the English sides. I shall keep my fingers crossed though.

iRB have said that due to its strategic importance the Millenium Stadium shall be a venue in 2015.

Rev - there are 5 pools in the Amlin so there should be one English team in each pool. If those are the Amlin teams for next season then there will 3 pools with two French teams in. Still, there are some interesting places to go amongst that lot

Hi As. I'll settle for Dragons, Agen and I Cavalieri (near Pisa). Some Quins fans I know had a good time there this season. The big problem with the ECC is the Thursday night games That means two days leave, and we copped Bayonne and Racing Metro on Thursdays last time we were in it. Mind you we did also get Rugby Roma. That was a cracking weekend

So when's the draw for the Amlin made?

I think it's a few days after the Heiny draw so everyone can debate that one. The ERC website might have some info.
