Heard a rumour that he will be replaced as captain next season. Could be that he would chose to retire at the same time.

Yeah Kieswetter is the one I heard who would be named as captain, my other thought would be James Hildreth.

I think Compton has a reputation as a bit of a cricket thinker. It could be dangled in front of him to keep him. Although if we get relegated he will definitely go whatever.

Hildreth is a decent shout, especially if Kies gets back involved in the England squads in someway which he might do with his forum this year.

Kyle Jarvis has retired from international cricket to have a career in county cricket, a 3 year deal with Lancashire is where he is alledgedly going.
